Hampton Roads museums, including Historic Jamestowne, uncertain about future of millions of dollars in federal grant funds

JAMESTOWN, Va. — An analysis of grant information from the Institute of Museum and Library Services shows that coastal Virginia receives more than $2 million in federal grant funding across various museums and library sites.

Now, there is a fear over the future of that funding, following the dismantling of the IMLS.
