NORFOLK, Va. — A 16-year-old is facing charges in connection with a January homicide in Norfolk.
On Jan. 5, police responded to reports of a man shot on Goochland Street around 3:10 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found 20-year-old Isaiah Dukes suffering from a serious gunshot wound. Dukes was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries…
