NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A man was taken to the hospital Sunday following a shooting at an apartment complex in the 400 block of Monticello Avenue, according to Norfolk police.
Officers said they were dispatched for reports of a person with a weapon around 3:46 a.m.
