VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Court documents reveal alarming new details following the arrest of a former Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) teacher.
59-year-old Joseph Molineaux was arrested in the parking lot of Kempsville High School Friday. Police charged him with trespassing, but said he never entered the school.
