CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Two adults, three dogs and a tortoise have been displaced after a house fire in the River Walk section of Chesapeake on Friday afternoon.
Firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire in the 400 block of Broad Bend Circle at approximately 1:15 p.m.
