NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Norfolk police responded to a call reporting a gunshot victim early Saturday morning in the 3100 block of Kimball Terrace.
The call was made around 12:35 a.m. and the victim was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
