NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — On Saturday morning, the American Red Cross, Norfolk Fire and Rescue, Team Rubicon, Norfolk CERT and the Norfolk Medical Reserve Corp teamed up to install free smoke alarms in the Oakdale Farms neighborhood.
“This weekend is our third year in a row,” explained Assistant Fire Chief Robert Burton.
