NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A Norfolk mother is pleading for help in locating her missing 21-year-old son.
Deshawn Jerrell Wilson Jr. was reported missing on April 24, according to the Norfolk Police Department. He was last seen in the 1000 block of Norchester Avenue around 6:10 p.m.
