NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man was arrested after a suspected larceny and altercation with police in Norfolk on Wednesday afternoon.
On May 7, Norfolk Police were called to the 100 block of East Princess Anne Road for the report of a suspicious situation around 2:50 p.m. Police said it was reported that a larceny suspect had returned to the area.
