VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Eight residents were displaced following an apartment complex fire in Virginia Beach on Friday night.
According to the Virginia Beach Fire Department, crews were dispatched to a fire at the Emerald Isle/Regency Apartments in the 700 block of Kings Way at approximately 10:30 p.m.
