NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Norfolk Animal Care Center is throwing a Shelter Spring Fling and is inviting everyone to enjoy “wagging tails, community connections and adorable pets.”
The spring fling will be held on Saturday, May 17, from noon to 4 p.m. at Afterglow Brewing, located at 2230 Bowdens Ferry Road, Suite 600.
Nearly a dozen local animal shelters and rescues from across Hampton Roads will be on hand to share resources, promote pet adoption and celebrate the bond between humans and pets…
