NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Country music fans are descending on Downtown Norfolk Memorial Day weekend for the 21st annual Patriotic Festival.
The three-day event is the only country music-centered festival in the Hampton Roads region and it also puts a spotlight on the areas ties to the military.
Outside on Scope Plaza each day from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., visitors can see U.S. Navy Police dog demonstrations, try their skills on the U.S. Marine pull-up bar or check out two LMTV’s from the U.S. Army National Guard…
