VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Mount Trashmore Summer Carnival is back – but under new rules and stipulations.
May 25 marks one year since the tragic shooting near carnival grounds that killed a 15-year-old girl and injured an 18-year-old man. Another person, also a teenager at the time, faces charges in the shooting.
