VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Russell and Jennifer Breer had something to celebrate in Virginia Beach this weekend.
“Well, it’s my birthday, my 73rd birthday, so we came here to celebrate it,” says Russell, hand in hand with Jennifer as they strolled the boardwalk.
