NORFOLK, Va. — Memorial Day is a day dedicated to honor the brave men and women in our military who made the ultimate sacrifice.
In honor of the day, on Monday afternoon, the city of Norfolk, along with The Veterans Affairs Advisory Commission held a Memorial Day wreath-laying ceremony for fallen service members.
