CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A rabid raccoon died after an encounter with a pet dog in the Rivercrest neighborhood of Chesapeake, according to the Virginia Department of Health.
The incident happened on May 18 in the 200 block of Marsh Island near The River Club Park.
