VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – The second annual Virginia Beach Street Art Festival has commenced on 18th Street and 19th Street, from May 30 – June 1.
Nearly 100 artists applied to be selected to paint new murals on sculptures that line the 1.5 mile loop from 18th Street through Baltic Avenue, but only 15 artists were selected.
