VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A local nurse anesthetist permanently surrendered his license following an investigation by the Virginia Board of Nursing that alleged he had non-consensual conduct with patients while they were sedated.
According to Consent Order documents by the Virginia Board of Nursing obtained by 13News Now, Kevin Coolong was a certified registered nurse anesthetist at Atlantic Anesthesia from June 2008 to August 2024, when he resigned.
