CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Two small sheds are a complete loss following a fire on Long Ridge Road in southern Chesapeake, the Chesapeake Fire Department said.
Around 7:52 p.m., emergency dispatchers got reports of a barn fire in the 1800 block of Long Ridge Road, and when Engine Company 6 arrived 10 minutes later, they reported two small sheds heavily involved in fire, the fire department said.
Firefighters were able to bring the fire under control in a few minutes, the fire department said, and no one was reported injured.
