Local foundation builds playset for Virginia Beach boy battling rare cancer

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A six-year-old Virginia Beach boy, who is fighting a rare form of kidney cancer, was gifted a brand-new outdoor playset on Thursday.
