PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – It’s one of the biggest parties of the year in Portsmouth and it’s all about unity! The Juneteenth Freedom Day Celebration is back for another year in Portsmouth. It’s designed to celebrate African American freedom and is full of performances, vendors and more.
