VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Those who frequently use Elbow Road to get around Virginia Beach at night may need to use an alternate route in the coming days.
Officials with the City of Virginia Beach say that the portion of the road stretching from Margaret Drive and Meadow Crest Way to Round Hill Drive and Orchard Hill Lane will be closed between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. from June 16 until June 18.
