NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A 17-year-old was taken to Norfolk Sentara Hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being shot by four other teens on the I-264 catwalk Saturday, according to Virginia State Police.
Officers say the incident took place at 8:30 p.m., adjacent to State Street and Berkley Avenue. Four teens entered onto the crosswalk and shot the teen before fleeing in an unknown direction, according to VSP.
