CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – Goldfish Swim School is set to have a new location in Chesapeake, as franchisee Driscoll Developments, LLC, signed a leasing agreement for the swim school on June 17.
The Chesapeake school located at 1249 Cedar Road will be the seventh in the commonwealth and is set to usher in 50 new jobs to the area upon its scheduled opening in August.
“As parents of six, water safety has always been a top priority for David and me, and we wanted to bring a top-notch swim school to Chesapeake to teach important lifelong water safety skills to keep children safe in and around the water,” said MaryAnn Driscoll, co-owner of Driscoll Developments, LLC. “As the wife of an Army veteran, community service is deeply important to us, and we look forward to welcoming and serving the families who walk through our doors.”…
