PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Six people and two dogs were displaced after a fire on Carson Crescent West Monday evening.
According to officials, around 5:20 p.m., fire crews were dispatched to the 1400 block of Carson Crescent West for reports of a residential structure fire.
