Driver in wrong-way crash that injured two pleads guilty to felony DUI charges

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The driver in a wrong-way crash on I-264 that left two people injured pleaded guilty to multiple felonies in Virginia Beach Circuit Court Wednesday morning.

Davian Wallace, 27, was found to have a blood alcohol content of .189 following the September 2024 incident, according to the stipulation of facts in the case.
