NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – An overturned tractor-trailer crash Monday morning diverted traffic from Interstate 564, at the Little Creek exit, according to Virginia State Police.
Interstate 564 is the primary highway to Naval Station Norfolk.
The crash happened around 11:21 a.m., which temporarily caused traffic to be diverted back to Terminal Boulevard.
All lanes have since reopened…
