VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore is a step closer to having a brand-new facility in Virginia Beach.
The Foodbank hopes to build this facility on a 24-acre plot of land along Dam Neck Road. The Virginia Beach Planning Commission recommended approval of the Foodbank’s rezoning request for this property, and it will go before City Council for final approval soon.
