CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – The Hampton Roads Community Action Program opened a new Whole Family Innovation Lab at the Signet Center in Chesapeake Friday, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11 a.m.
This facility is the fourth of its kind in the region and aims to provide a space for adults to connect with community resources, helping to break the cycle of poverty.
