PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – WAVY-TV 10 launched its Operation School Supplies drive for 33 straight years Friday, in efforts to give local students a strong start to the year by donating new school supplies.
The supplies drive ends Aug. 1, with a live donation event at Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m., and the Target at Pembroke Square in Virginia Beach from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
