Bristol, Virginia – The Virginia Lottery has released its monthly report detailing casino gaming activity across the state for June 2025, highlighting robust performance at Virginia’s three operational casinos: Hard Rock Bristol, Rivers Casino Portsmouth, and Caesars Virginia.
According to the report, these casinos together generated a total of $78.5 million in adjusted gaming revenue (AGR), which is calculated as wagers minus player winnings. This resulted in $14.1 million in state taxes paid to the Gaming Proceeds Fund.
Breaking down the numbers, slot machines accounted for the largest share of AGR, totaling over $58.9 million:
- Hard Rock Bristol: $17,242,522.30
- Rivers Casino Portsmouth: $18,606,185.09
- Caesars Virginia: $23,108,846.05
Table games contributed an additional $19.5 million:
- Hard Rock Bristol: $4,200,073.75
- Rivers Casino Portsmouth: $7,854,261.40
- Caesars Virginia: $7,458,081.10
