PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – A crash on VA-164 west in Portsmouth Friday impacted traffic.
According to VDOT, the crash scene was near the Cedar Lane on-ramp. All west lanes were closed, with a detour in place at West Norfolk Road, until the scene was cleared.
