PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Investigators with Portsmouth Police are searching for a man in connection to using stolen credit cards and breaking into vehicles.
Chason Ridge Osborne, 27, is described as a white male with brown eyes and hair. He has been in seen in the City Park, Park Manor and Port Norfolk neighborhoods.
Some residents in those neighborhoods believe they may be able to help police find him, because those residents feel Osborne may be to blame for a string of car break-ins in the area…
