Virginia Beach begins dredging at Rudee Inlet for safer navigation

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The City of Virginia Beach announced dredging has starting on the Rudee Inlet.

According to the city, the dredging, which is expected to last from July 28-30, will remove the bottom of bodies of water to make it easier and safer for vessels to navigate waters.
