NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel briefly closed Friday morning after a report of a suspicious package, according to police.
Norfolk Police responded to the 1500 block of West Ocean View Avenue in reference to a suspicious package at around 10:45 a.m.
