PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Three people have been temporarily displaced after a garage fire on Dartmouth Street early Wednesday morning.
According to officials, just after 1:30 a.m., crews were dispatched to the 3400 block of Dartmouth Street for reports of a residential structure fire.
