VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A man hit by a car in the 2200 block of S. Independence Blvd. early Wednesday morning has died, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
The accident happened around 12:59 a.m. Officers arrived on scene to find the victim, 29-year-old Morgan Babecki, who was pronounced dead.
The driver of the involved vehicle stayed on scene and cooperated with investigators, police said. No charges are expected for the incident…
