PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Friday marked 20 years since Hurricane Katrina made landfall and caused devastation along the Gulf Coast.
Hurricane Katrina was also the catalyst for the creation of Portsmouth-based non-profit Mercy Chefs.
