HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) — An illegal immigrant living Hampton Roads area will soon be deported after a 2019 DUI arrest.
Salvadoran national Pablo Arnoldo Argueta Gonzalez, 43, pleaded guilty Aug. 19 to illegally entering the United States following a previous removal, according to a news release from the Eastern District of Virginia.
After Gonzalez was arrested for DUI and detained at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail, ICE agents learned March 14 he unlawfully reentered the United States. Gonzalez was first deported on May 22, 2019…
