NORFOLK, Va. — Two people are recovering following a double shooting that occurred close to a Norfolk shopping center.
Officers were called to the 200 block of E. Berkley Avenue around 12:15 p.m. for a report of a person with a weapon. Eyewitnesses later identified the location as Berkley Center, and said they watched more than a dozen police officers race inside various stores.
Those on scene said the officers carried “large rifles” with them…
