VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Virginia Beach tattoo artist is picking up the pieces after losing nearly everything in two separate fires just months apart.
In May, flames tore through Seven Cities Tattoo Company on Virginia Beach Boulevard. Firefighters got the blaze under control within 40 minutes, but the shop suffered heavy smoke and fire damage. No one was inside at the time.
