NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Norfolk Police is continuing to investigate an undetermined death of a man in connection to a hit-and-run late Saturday night.
Officers responded to a water rescue at the Haven Creek Boat Ramp located at 4601 Mayflower Road around 11:30 p.m. and found a vehicle in the water with an unconscious man inside.
