VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A pedestrian was critically injured following a crash Thursday evening in Virginia Beach.
Police say it happened around 8:50 p.m. in the 5800 block of Northampton Boulevard. That location is by the entrance to the Norfolk Premium Outlets.
