VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A recent report has revealed that gas demand has begun to lower as drivers settle into their fall routines, which indicates cheaper prices coming to the pumps in the coming months.
As stated by the AAA of Tidewater Virginia, the average national price for a gallon of gas today is $3.19, down one cent from last week and six cents from this time last year. The average price of a gallon in Hampton Roads is currently $3.04, which is down three cents from a month ago, while the state average is down 10 cents from last year.
