VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Residents in the Windsor Woods area of Virginia Beach experienced flooding in their neighborhood Tuesday.
10 On Your Side visited West Colonial Parkway, where the flooded roads were causing issues for drivers all afternoon.
