HAMPTON, Va. — Two people have been arrested in connection with a September 9 shooting in Hampton that left two teenagers injured, according to the Hampton Police Division.
Cpl. Shaun Stalnaker said Wednesday that officers arrested Mahaun Barnes-Henderson, 18, of Hampton, and Vanity Henderson, 38, of Hampton.
