Two teenagers arrested in connection to Norfolk car larcenies

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Two teenagers were arrested Tuesday in connection to a string of car larcenies in Downtown Norfolk and Colonial Place on Aug. 15 and 31, according to Norfolk Police.

Officers reported that multiple residents noticed their cars broken into and items missing.

Detectives have charged two teens, ages 15 and 16, with: conspiracy to commit credit card theft, conspiracy to commit larceny, credit theft, credit card fraud, entering vehicle with intent to commit larceny, petit larceny, vandalism, and possession of burglarious tools…
