PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Spencer returned to their homeport in Portsmouth Wednesday, which concluded an 83-day maritime border security patrol.
The patrol, which was taking place in both the Caribbean Sea and Windward Passage, helped to support Operation Vigilant Sentry while in the Coast Guard Southeast District area of responsibility.
