CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia State Police has issued a Senior Alert for a man who is missing out of Chesapeake.
63-year-old Alfonzo Smith was last seen around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday leaving his residence in the 1600 block of Weber Avenue. He left the area on foot.
Smith is described as being 5’9″ and weighing 192 pounds. He is bald and blind in his left eye with a cataract in the other eye. He also has dark marks in his chest…
