VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Beach SPCA has taken in multiple dogs from multiple national animal cruelty cases.
As of Thursday, the shelter now has a total of seven dogs from the Humane World for Animals following two recent large-scale rescues.
Norfolk SPCA rescues 13 dogs
“These animals have unconditional love, because that’s what they’re going to learn from us, is that they can be safe and they can be healthy, and they can be loved,” said Derby Brackett, VBSPCA CEO.
